Hello Readers and Listeners,
Happy weekend to you all! This weekend I'll be working, so though it may not be much of a weekend, I'm excited to meet more people, and make new memories! I have to admit, work is going well. We have a solid staff and we have solid management. When I'm not working, I'm here at home working on my loop pedal. I've created some cool sounds, but I have created even more train-wrecks. But that's okay :)
As I was walking to the train the other day, I had my head down. There wasn't a particular reason as to why, though. I think the sun was bright or something. A man was riding his bike past me, and called, "Hey, head up. Keep your head up." As random as that was, it made me smile. It was friendly reminder to me that wherever you are, or whatever you are doing, it's important to look like you are somebody, and that you are going somewhere. Because, well, you are somebody. You're somebody of worth. You're somebody of importance. You have something to say. Show yourself. So to all of you, keep your heads up, whether literally or metaphorically.
I guess I'll just have to invest in sunglasses on days when the sun is that bright ;)
I can't believe that it's already October! It's crazy how fast time flies.
Well, it has been six months since I last updated this. In other words, it's been half a year. Though it doesn't feel like that long, that is most definitely a long time. Since April, I've turned 22, I graduated from college, I attended a certification course that is allowing me to become a Singing Voice Technician, and I moved to New York City in August. It has most certainly been a jam-packed 6 months. Though I contemplated deleting my website (because I didn't have much to put up, and it had been awhile since I updated it) friends and family kept pushing me to bring it back and update it. Here's to another season of being proactive! Keep your eyes peeled for some covers and originals that are much different that what I have released in the past.
Thank you for your patience :)
